Desi Banks built a comedy empire one sketch at a time, the Eastside Atlanta native whose characters, Lil Johnny, Keshia, Uncle Earl, carried him from Vine to nearly 19 million followers and a production company that puts other creators on. The screen credits include the film Little with Issa Rae and Regina Hall.
The stage act predates and outperforms the algorithm, club trained stand up that sold roughly 52,000 tickets across a 50 city headline run, with tours alongside Mike Epps and Kountry Wayne. The Elevation Tour continues through 2026, the rare social media comic whose live hour is the stronger product.
