Jiqui

Jiqui has been open about what he is trying to do this year, which is drag dubstep back toward bounce and away from sheer weight. He talks about swing and pockets and grooves you can move with, which is not how most producers in this lane describe their work. He plays The Rabbit Hole on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at 10, as a Carolina Open Air afterparty.

Jordan Komarniski works out of Vancouver and has the co-signs to back the talk, with releases on the leading dubstep labels and regular support from Excision, Subtronics and Svdden Death. This year alone he has played his first Lightning in a Bottle set, turned up on UKF with Phrva, and booked a Red Rocks date in the fall alongside Tape B.

The Rabbit Hole holds a few hundred, standing, 21 and over, on Commonwealth Avenue. Catching someone at this stage in a room this size is the whole trade, because a year from now the Charlotte date will be somewhere considerably larger.
