Corridos At Full Strength
Panter Bélico left Grupo Arriesgado and immediately proved the name on the marquee was the draw. The Mexican singer and accordion player, born Arturo González, launched his solo career in 2024 and has been filling rooms on both sides of the border since, palenques in Mexico, pavilions and halls across the United States, on the strength of corridos and norteño delivered with a heavyweight's presence.
His shows run long and communal, accordion led bands, singalongs that need no prompting, and a crowd that comes dressed for the occasion. It is regional Mexican music in its prime commercial moment, and Bélico is one of the artists driving it.
The June 20 stop lands at the Premier Event Center, west Charlotte's home for exactly this calendar, with the floor open for dancing. Saturday night, full band, full room.
