Buffalo Traffic Jam came out of Bozeman, Montana with the wide open, harmony rich indie folk that the western songwriter scene keeps producing, and the rise has been quick. The duo earned a spot on Dylan Gossett's Westward Tour alongside the genre's rising names, and now the Take Me Home Tour gives them their own first headline run.
The songs trade in the kind of warm, road worn storytelling that turns strangers in a club into a singalong by the second chorus.
The Underground hosts July 14. Catching an indie folk act on its debut headline tour, in a 750 capacity room, is exactly the kind of early ticket the devoted brag about. Big Sky songs under a Charlotte roof.
