About Dermot Kennedy
The Woods Reach Carolina
Dermot Kennedy became the first Irish solo artist to send his first three albums to number one in the UK, and The Weight of the Woods, released April 3, 2026, completed the run. The 32 date North American tour behind it is the largest of his career.
The draw has never been complicated, a voice that sounds like weather, songs about loss and resilience delivered like he means every word because he visibly does. Outside is where this catalog belongs.
Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre hosts October 3 with Jonah Kagen opening, a Saturday. When Outnumbered hits the lawn in the dark, you will see why the rooms keep growing.
