Bluegrass At Full Speed

Trampled by Turtles play bluegrass instruments at punk rock tempos, a Duluth, Minnesota string band that can shift from a whisper to a sprint inside one song. Two decades of relentless touring made them a festival and amphitheater favorite, the rare acoustic act that can make a lawn full of people move.

The recent collaboration with Alan Sparhawk, the Low frontman and a fellow Duluth native, added a tender new chapter, and the live show still runs on the fiddle and banjo whirlwind that built their name.
