Whethan picked Charlotte to start his 2026 North American tour, June 25 at the Blackbox Theater, night one of a run that ends in December and threads through Lollapalooza and Electric Forest along the way. Opening nights are their own species of show, fresh production, untested edits, a artist actually nervous, and this one is ours.
Ethan Snoreck broke out of Chicago as a teenager flipping future bass into pop collaborations, and albums like Fantasy and Midnight built a genre surfing catalog that swings from glittering melodic sets to the punk leaning energy of his recent BKTHERULA collaboration.
It is an 18 and up night on the old cinema's flat floor, with a second night following for those who cannot choose. Tour opener bragging rights included with every ticket.
