The Windy Cities Tour answers a question classic rock radio asked for fifty years, what if Chicago and Styx just shared the bill. The 2026 run is the first co headline tour the two have ever mounted, subtitle All The Hits, which for once is not marketing, 25 or 6 to 4, Saturday in the Park, and Hard to Say I'm Sorry meeting Renegade, Come Sail Away, and Mr. Roboto.
Both institutions still tour hard and play precise, Chicago's horn section remaining one of live music's great machines, Styx running on the harmonies and theatricality that made them arena fixtures.
Truliant Amphitheater hosts July 18, lawn and pavilion. Multiple generations, zero unfamiliar songs, and a singalong percentage approaching one hundred.
