Few living musicians embody a genre the way Alex Lora embodies rock en español. His band El Tri carries nearly six decades of uninterrupted Mexican rock history, from countercultural roots in the late 1960s to anthems like Triste Canción that entire generations sing back word for word.
The Adicto al Rocanrol USA Tour 2026, announced with Live Nation, brings that history to 24 American cities, and the title is the thesis. Lora remains exactly what he claims, addicted to rock and roll, raspy, irreverent, and unretired.
The Fillmore hosts August 23, a Sunday. Expect families spanning three generations, and expect all of them louder than you.
