In 2013 a track called C O O L turned a Janet Jackson sample into a summer staple. The producer behind it, Le Youth, has spent the decade since deepening into warm, melodic house with R&B in its bones.
On July 31, 2026 he plays the Music Yard at SouthBound, the open air stage on South Boulevard in South End. His albums Reminders and About Us trade in exactly the kind of glow that reads well outdoors once the sun drops.
