About Lettuce
Funk This Tight Takes Decades
Lettuce met as teenagers at Berklee in 1992, asking older students to let them sit in, hence the name, let us. Three decades later the joke band name fronts one of the most respected live funk operations in America, Grammy nominated and famous for shows that run on telepathy.
The new album Cook landed in late 2025 and the Lettuce Cook World Tour has been simmering ever since, psychedelic funk, soul, and hip hop instincts stretched out the way only a band this old and this tight can manage.
