The Bouncing Souls have been the warm heart of East Coast punk for over three decades, and the Born To Be Tour celebrates new music alongside the anniversaries fans actually count, the records that made basement singalongs a way of life.
The undercard is its own event. The Suicide Machines, Detroit's ska punk institution, are performing their 1996 classic Destruction by Definition on the run, a double dose of catalog for one club ticket.
The Underground hosts Sunday, September 13. Expect fists in the air for True Believers, expect strangers' arms on shoulders by the encore. It is that kind of band.
