Wage War have spent the last decade sharpening modern metalcore to a fine edge, the Ocala, Florida band balancing crushing heaviness with the kind of hooks that stick long after the breakdown ends. The new EP, It Calls Me by Name, leans into the band's Florida swamp origins, heavier and more hostile than ever.
The fall tour stacks the bill with We Came As Romans, Varials, and Cane Hill, a night of the genre's present and future hitting at full force.
