About Wolfmother
The Debut, Front To Back
In 2005 a trio of Australians with enormous hair released an album that sounded like 1971 had never ended, and rock radio surrendered immediately. Wolfmother's self titled debut went five times platinum at home, won a Grammy for Woman, and stocked two decades of game soundtracks and sports arenas with Joker and the Thief.
The 2026 North American tour celebrates that album's twentieth birthday by playing it in full, with frontman Andrew Stockdale, the band's sole original member, leading the current trio through the riffs that started it all, plus picks from the later catalog.
The Fillmore hosts on June 16, and this is exactly the room for it, two thousand people, loud system, a floor that remembers where the chorus of Woman lands. Nostalgia rarely riffs this hard.
