About Gorillaz
The Mountain Comes To Charlotte
Gorillaz opened their ninth album era by going fully independent, The Mountain arrived in February 2026 on their own KONG label with a feature list that runs from IDLES to Sparks to Omar Souleyman. The Mountain Tour brings the cartoon universe to 22 North American arenas.
The openers justify early doors twice over. Little Simz, one of the best rappers alive on any continent, plays the majority of dates, and Deltron 3030, Del the Funky Homosapien's cult sci fi rap project, appears on all of them. That is three eras of left field genius on one ticket.
Spectrum Center hosts September 23. Clint Eastwood and Feel Good Inc. in an arena full of people who grew up inside this band's strange world, a Wednesday worth unraveling plans for.
